Returns

Thank you for shopping with LAIQ, we hope you will love your product as much as we do. However, if for some reason you are not, you may return your order within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of your order. Should you choose to return your order, we will refund the following:

  • The full purchase price

  • The delivery charges incurred in delivering the goods to you

Please note, if you choose to return your order you will be expected to return the goods from your order to us in perfect condition as received. 

When returning your order, please note that the customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs. LAIQ will NOT refund the return delivery charges. Please use a reputable postal service and obtain proof of shipping/traceability for your insurance and peace of mind

Damaged and Faulty Products

You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt.

LAIQ will refund the full purchase price, delivery charge and return charge if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered, upon production of receipt.

When exchanging damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will:

  • Dispatch replacement items to you free of charge

  • Refund return charges upon production of a receipt

How To Return Your Goods

To complete your return we require you to complete the returns form on this page, this will allow us to keep track and process your return.

There are certain situations (upon discretion) where only a partial refund or credit note is given, which are as follows:

  • Where an item is not returned in its original packaging

  • Where an item is not returned in its original condition

  • Damaged or missing parts

  • Any item that is returned outside of the 14 day period

  • Any purchase that does not have a receipt/LAIQ proof of purchase

Upon returning your goods please note the following:

  • It may take up to seven (7) days for your parcel to reach us

  • Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt

  • Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit

  • We stress that you are advised to use a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance
